These Terms govern your use of Cracex. By creating an account or using any feature, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, use Cracex with a parent or guardian's consent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. One account per person; no sharing of paid accounts.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell Cracex content.
- Do not abuse the AI features (bulk automation, harmful content, off-topic use).
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Razorpay. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. AI outputs
AI answers and evaluations are aids to your study, not authoritative rulings. Always cross-check important facts against the syllabus and official sources.
6. Intellectual property
Cracex and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable license to use Cracex for personal UPSC preparation. You retain rights to your own answers and notes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
Cracex is provided "as is". We do not guarantee selection in UPSC or any specific rank. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cracex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
