We want Cracex to genuinely help your UPSC prep. If it doesn't, here is how refunds work.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy with a new paid subscription, email support@cracex.in within 7 daysof your first payment. We will refund 100% of that payment, no questions asked.
2. Cancellations after 7 days
You can cancel any time from Settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of a monthly or yearly plan after the 7-day window.
3. Mentor call bookings
- Cancel 24+ hours before the slot: 100% refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours: no refund, but you may reschedule once for free.
- Mentor no-show: 100% refund or free reschedule.
4. Failed payments
If your bank charges you but the payment doesn't reflect in Cracex within 48 hours, share the payment reference with us — we will trace and refund if needed.
5. How refunds are processed
Refunds are credited to the original payment source via Razorpay. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
