Cracex ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. By using Cracex you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, avatar, authentication provider (Google or email).
- Study data: onboarding responses, mock test answers, mains attempts, bookmarks, revision cards, and analytics we generate from them.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device/browser info, and anonymised error logs to improve the product.
- Payment data: processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We store only the transaction reference, plan, and status — never full card details.
2. How we use it
- Personalise your daily study plan, weakness graph, and revision deck.
- Provide AI answers, mock evaluations, and mentor bookings.
- Send transactional email (auth, receipts, booking confirmations).
- Improve performance, security, and reliability.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with the sub-processors needed to run Cracex: Supabase (database, auth), Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway (AI answers), Resend (transactional email), Firecrawl (news scraping), and Razorpay (payments).
4. Data retention
We keep your account and study history for as long as your account is active. Delete your account any time by writing to support@cracex.in — we erase your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact support@cracex.in.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sensitive data is encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard authentication and role-based access controls.
7. Children
Cracex is intended for users 13 and older. If you are under 18, use Cracex with a parent's or guardian's consent.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner.
